Founding Thoughts

In founding Wilco Realty, the goal was to take the sum of my 15+ years of Real Estate Sales and Marketing experience and create a company that delivered the best possible service to individuals and families searching for a new home.  What I discovered through interviewing past clients, friends, family and other Realtors was that one thing stood out above all others – a compelling need for a customer driven process in the home buying process.

A Customer Driven Process

My pledge to all clients is to provide a customer driven approach to serving their home purchase needs.  What does that mean to you?  In essence, the following nine points spell out the meaning:

• I’ll listen carefully to your needs and concerns before taking action
• Never pressure you to take action you’re not fully convinced is wise or necessary
• Fully share the education, experience and knowledge I have of the local real estate market (the good, the bad and the ugly…)
• Always follow your lawful commands
• Provide strictest confidentiality of everything we share in the agent-client relationship
• Put your best interests ahead of all other competing interests, even my own best interests
• Disclose all knowledge I have relating to properties or neighborhoods you’re considering (again, good, bad or ugly…)
• Assist with all phases of accounting for resources, time and money related to your home purchase
• Treat all parties involved with fairness, honesty and respect

No Dual Agency – Ever

I will never represent both Buyer and Seller in a real estate transaction.  The temptation to take an increase in my commission by representing both sides of a purchase is greatly outweighed by my commitment to a customer driven process.
